Question:
What is going to happen with my Marquee Rewards tier status?
Answer:
You will keep your Marquee Rewards tier status. Normally, your tier status would expire on June 30, 2018, but we're extending the validity period of all Marquee Rewards tiers through December 31, 2018.
 
Your tier point balance will expire on June 30, 2018, but your tier status will remain through the end of the year. To qualify for a tier status in 2019, you will need to earn the requisite amount of tier points.


Question:
Will I keep my Marquee Comps?
Answer:
Yes. Your Marquee Comp bucket will remain intact and subject to the same expiration rules as they always have been.


Question:
When will my Marquee Comps expire?
Answer:
Marquee Comps expire when a player has not earned at least 1 penny of Marquee Comps in the past 6 months.


Question:
How can I keep them from expiring?
Answer:
Visit another Marquee Rewards casino (including the Tropicana Las Vegas and the M Resort Casino & Spa in Las Vegas, NV) and earn at least one penny of Marquee Comps.
 
Additionally, if you’ve linked your Marquee Rewards account to your HollywoodCasino.com account, you can purchase virtual credits on HollywoodCasino.com which will earn you Marquee Comps and prevent your comps from expiring.

Lastly, Marquee Comps don’t expire for members who maintain active Executive Producer or Icon status.

Question:
What’s going to happen to my tier points/comps/tier level in the new loyalty program for the new Jamul Casino?
Answer:
After the transition, members will retain all of their earned comps and tier status in a new five-tier loyalty program. You will enjoy the same benefits where possible and comparable or better benefits where changes need to be made.
 
Normally, your tier status would expire on June 30, 2018, but we will be extending the validity period of all five tiers through December 31, 2018.


Question:
Can I still get preferred parking/lounge access/any other loyalty benefits?
Answer:
We intend to maintain all club benefits at the new Jamul Casino where possible, and if any changes are needed at all, we’ll make sure you get comparable or even better benefits with the new Jamul Casino players’ club.


Question:
I like the team members. Will they still be around?
Answer:
Yes, we hope so! We do not anticipate any changes to employee head count or staffing structure during this transition, and that includes Hosts.


Question:
Will I get a new players' club card?
Answer:
Yes. Jamul Casino will rebrand the players’ club during the next few months of transition and let you know when and where you can pick up your new card.


Question:
Who do I ask if I have any questions?
Answer:
We’ll keep our frontline staff informed of progress, so you’ll still be able to ask anyone at the players’ club, your Host, or anyone at the security podium.


Question:
I’m a big fan of Tony Gwynn’s Sports Pub and other casino property restaurants. Is anything going to happen to them?
Answer:
Tony Gwynn’s Sports Pub operates in partnership with the Tony and Alicia Gwynn Foundation, so it will remain as-is along with Emerald Chinese Cuisine and most other restaurants. The steakhouse and coffee shop will be renamed, but the concepts will stay the same for now.


Question:
Does this mean you'll be getting a hotel now?
Answer:
We are simply transitioning the management of the casino to Jamul Indian Village Development Corporation and changing the name to Jamul Casino. At this point, there are no plans to build a hotel.


Question:
Will the casino close, either partially or all the way, during the transition to Jamul Casino?
Answer:
We don’t anticipate any significant interruption in service. Our goal is for the transition to be smooth and orderly, so our guests can continue to enjoy the high-quality gaming experience they have come to expect in Jamul.
